Role Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will work with the IT configuration team to develop and maintain system programming to track and monitor RF/ MMW systems and download hardware and software programs routinely into the units. The position continually updates program assurance and auto program reporting to confirm that the network is HIPAA/ FDA compliant and secure. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop TMPI National Monitor and Alert Network, a computerized system for tracking products and their components that includes developing traceability procedures in each department or company, contract manufacturers and subcontractors.  
  • Set-up failure analysis reporting and ID auto program that will auto alert when a periodic remote test fails in the field. 
  • Write report templates and autofill programs that summarize the remote testing activities, including descriptions of goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. 
  • Establish auto replacement order for the break and fix team to replace the system identified failed parts.  
  • Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of any system interruption and other risks caused by weather, tampering, regulatory, or industry-specific change initiatives. 
  • Oversee that the pre-protocol plan for customers (schools, medical site, and government security) is converted into a programmed form and that the local system can be activated to adhere to it in the relevant school district or health care network. 
  • Prepare spreadsheets and program reports summarizing operational results, financial performance or accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans. 
  • Attend professional meetings, read literature, and participate in training or other educational offerings to keep abreast of new developments and technologies related to disaster recovery and business continuity. 
  • Prevent fraud, financial crime, cyberattack, terrorism, and infrastructure failure by monitoring cloud platform using intelligence capabilities & certification and enforcing security measures through firewalls. 
  • Lead the programming of the local authorized incident protocol, as well as the notification status of each system and all its components electronic status.  
  • Set up periodic failure analysis reporting systems, programmed to auto notify purchasers of the failing component supplier, so an order for immediate replacement can be placed within 24 hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems or Related field  
  • 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer, QA Engineer or related 
  • 2 years of experience working with Millimeterwave technology 
  • 2 years of experience interacting with vendors, focused on establishing a connection and negotiating arrangements 
  • 1 year of experience in reviewing MMW radar, Vision recognition and communication equipment supplier and assembly. 
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Azure platform modules 
  • 1 year pf experience working with Oracle Database management system 
  • Experience working with AutoCAD and 3D designing and printing 
  • Experience using Matterport software to design 3D facilities 
  • Understanding of testing and troubleshooting modem radio frequency through MMW transmitters and receivers. 
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Up to 30% domestic travel required 
  • This position requires full-time work onsite

Pay Transparency:
The expected compensation for this position is $103,605 per year, which includes base pay plus variable incentives, if applicable. The hourly range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based in factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
